Upsetting service from KFC sibasa

I bought zinger wings and dunked wings at 17h06, no one told me that it would take a year for the order to come out. I've been to different KFC's but KFC sibasa is the worst, it has been 25 minutes since I placed an order and no one bothered to explain that it will take long. It is definitely upset to receive poor service from local redturance.
