UPSET CUSTOMER

I am regular customer at KFC Tygervalley mall in Cape Town because I work that side. I bought 2 streetwise two on the 17-01-2020. I bought it for supper since it was a Friday. When I got home I had a 1 piece, I couldn’t stand the smell and at 1st I thought it was just oil, when I heard my 2nd piece I realized the chicken was rotten. I am upset because that was my supper and my kid. I fail to understand because that branch is always busy. How could they not pick up that the chicken was rotten. I am very disappointed.
