upset about Kfc

i would like to complaint, bought 15piece bucket yesterday and i only saw it when we got home that it was 12 pieces inside and i tried calling the Kfc but the number was busy, yes we didnt look at it at that time but if you order something then it should be the same and i dont understand why there was only 12 pieces, im so angry because paid R230 and its alot of money or is it because i sent a youngster to buy at the till, maybe they took advantage of her
