Up the game or you loose customers

KFC gate way, service is very poor and I’m very unhappy it has just made me hate KFC, so I placed an order at exactly 14:41 while I was still at work got to KFC at 15:30 only to find my order was not made waited again and when I received my order it was cold the chips were dry they were also out of that salty spice my experience was very bad 😭 and the tables were so dirty
