Unsurprisingly good service

I was surprised with the service I got from KFC Strand. I bought a meal and unfortunately we received our meals without the mash and gravy and coleslaw (which was a little dry). We returned to the store and explained the situation and we received a new meal as the old meal was cold.

Thank You for the unsurprising great service. Was unexpected because I receive bad service there most of the times.
