Unsuccessful order

I made an order using the kfc app, they deducted money twice from my account an amount of 342 and the order was unsuccessful, trying to get to their support and I’m told to wait 5 business working days for someone to get back to me yet they didn’t think twice before *****ing my money and not delivering food
