Unsatisfied online customer

Once again I have ordered online and my order not processed. I have used your voucher code. And my money still has not been refunded of previous orders. Now a R40 I paid through Zapper cos the card payments options not working online (another flaw on your systems). My R40 has beem deducted from my bank account and no order been processed nor notified, heck on the app or browser my kfc account does not have my order processed. Why thos keep happening
