Unsatisfied KFC customer

I bought Streetwise 3 from KFC Wilrogate and found a disgusting plastic tab in the meal. DUSGUSTING. KFC. They responded asking me for my contact details... this was on 35th August 2018. They said they would look into this complaint and get back to me. Well 2 months later I am still waiting. Dont think they have customer satisfaction as one of their priorities.
