Unsatisfied, Disappointed Customer

I went to KFC ATLANTIS on Friday 22 Nov 2024 and I ordered a Family Treat 10 piece with a boxmaster and that was by the drive thru. I got home few minutes later and our food was cold and the chips was stale. I called their customer care line twice and twice the phone was put down in my ear. I send an email the Saturday morning and got a call from their Head Office the Sat afternoon stating they are investigating. It has now been 4 days with no response, this is pathetic for such a big food retailer. I send an email today Wednesday 27/11/2024 and all of a sudden their email box is full. I don't like having problems with my food because then I loose my appetite.
