Unsatisfied customer, poor service and quality

I'm bitterly disappointed in the service we've been recieving lately at McDonald's in Belhar, service has been terrible, unfriendly staff and our orders are always wrong, becoming almost as bad as kfc in belhar. Friday we went through the drive thru, took forever, the person taking our order also couldn't seem to hear us correctly and it gets frustrating having to repeat yourself, also is there not suppose to be a turnaround time for the drive through? It took so long! And they never ever seem to have boys toys and we go almost every week, do the staff perhaps take it for their kids? It's pathetic!!
