Unsatisfied customer

On the 19th May I bought 4 Streetwise 2 with pap at KFC Greenacres, late that evening when my family & I we were about to have Supper it turns out all those pap were rough & not well cooked. We were forced to throw away all 4 pap & eat Chicken with bread instead.

I inboxed kfc immediately & I was asked to send slips which I did sent. And I was told someone we call me regarding my complaint till now not a single person called.

I'm the one who always inboxed asking how long must I wait for the call & I'm always told to send my contact details together with proof of payment, which I always do as asked.

Seemingly I'm not the only one who is ignored by kfc, even on their page customers are complaining about the same thing.

I doubt I will ever support them, the only thing their are good at is to increase their prices, but don't care about customer's who supports them.
