Unsatisfied Customer

I ordered the following at the drive thru: 1 hawian wrap 1pops 1junior burger 1sweet chili wrap 1Large chips 1Double crunch burger 1dunked wings

Problems: -No till slip produced -I was given 2 different amounts when placing the order and paying for it -no system in place -no manager on duty when requested -sweet chili wrap burnt and no sweet chili sauce on it -double crunch was a single burger -tomatoe was thicker than the burger -chips were ice cold

Compliments Staff member Vuyokazi tried her very best to make the best of a bad situation. Well done to her.

We have been supporting this branch for over 15 years and have never seen service this terrible.
