Unsatisfied

I bought a street wise 2 this morning at 13h00 and they gave me one hard piece of meat I had to go back to complain about that the lady at the counter who did not have a name tag became defensive saying they don't sell food for last night I ask her to take a look she just grab my food and go at the back of which I can hear them talking saying who is she to tell us that the other one said give her a small pieces and that's what I got no apologies nothing she just handed over the food not having that face of saying we value you as the customer this is one of the reasons I stopped buying kfc @ protea glen and today they proved that to me
