Unsatisfactory services

I made use of the Mr D application which I had ordered a zinger meal with extra zinger sauce from KFC. I had received a Colonel Burger with white sauce on the side. The burger was very cold and the fillet was extremely hard and dry. This is by far the worst service I've had with this establishment.
