Unsatisfactory Services

Placed an order on Uber Eats for the Family Treat 10 piece and 2 large mash and gravies.

I get told that there is not Mash and I will only receive gravy in which I paid the full amount of R24.90 per mash and gravy and I ordered 2.

I was told that I will receive gravy only or the mash and gravy that I selected can be changed for either chips (Which costs R21.90) or a snack burger (which costs R22.90)

Really not understanding why I should pay settle for something that costs less than the original item selected.

Very unprofessional services, I don't understand how ALL the KFC in the Durban Phoenix area do not have Mash for the Mash & Gravy!!
