Unsatisfactory Service received KFC Strand

Unsatisfactory Service received on Sunday morning 16/02/20 at KFC Strand George Street.

I lodged a complaint with KFC Customer care and explained the utter bad service received on that Sunday and a few days later also this establishment did not have buns even to make burgers.

I received an sms on 21 February stating the matter will be resolved with immediate effect and was given a Case Reference Number.

I contacted them again and up to now still no response.

Do they expect customers to receive bad service and when you complain you get ignored?
