Unsatisfactory service

On Tuesday 29 March 2022, I bought the R75 special x2, which is 5pieces plus 2snack burgers. Upon arrival at home I discovered the chicken was short. I wrote an email to their customer service and got a response requiring more details, which I immediately responded to. I made a follow up on Thursday as to how long is their turnaround time, but they have not responded yet. This is the third time I get poor service from KFC Arconpark.
