Unsatisfactory service and wings at KFC Plein Street

The service and the zinger wings i have received from KFC Plein street this morning were unbelievably not so appetising, they were like black and the one of the ladie i asked about the wings did not even care enough to change the wings for me. And she continued with her work as if i am not complaining.
