Unsatisfactory service and incorrect order received

I am writing to express my growing frustration regarding a complaint I lodged with KFC Orlando (opposite Bara Mall)in July. Despite my repeated attempts to get this matter resolved, I have been continuously ignored, and my concerns have not been acknowledged.

It is incredibly disappointing that a company like KFC would treat its customers in this manner and they are responsible for the incorrect order that I received. I have always enjoyed their services, but this experience has left me feeling deeply unsatisfied. I have evidence of emails from last month asking for a solution but I keep getting ignored.

I kindly request your immediate attention to this matter. I am hoping you can assist in ensuring that my complaint is addressed promptly and appropriately.
