Unsatisfactory service

Myself and my sister arrived at kfc wetton at 6:20. We then stood in the drive through for 30 minutes only to be told at the window that the card machines are not working after we placed our order! We then drove away and I asked the girl at the second window why they never had a sign up to say that the card machines are not working ? We stood in the queue for 30 mins and because of level 3, kfc closes at 7pm and we were very annoyed. The girl at the second window was very nice and asked us what we would like to buy because she will place our order and then we can go pull cash and just come and collect. So at the first window we wanted burgers and we put that order in but when we got to the second window we were told they only making chicken ? So very annoyed we went and pulled the money at the mall opposite and when we came back we were told we have to place the order all over again - not until a scene was made they let us go to the front of the line. Took a whole 60 mins just to get food
