unsatisfactory service

today i was at kfc khayelitsha mall.i waited fr 5_10 minutes to b served and eventually at 17:52 iwas served.i wnted family treat bt was told sides wont b available because its almost closing time.i asked fr twister same story .i bought 7 pieces wth chips.at 18:10 i ws told my order is 1 piece short i mst wait.whn i sked fr hw long it ws 15 minutes.the meat came bt no chips and a few seconds later i gt my order.whn i checked it thy hd put a shrivelled smal broken thight and Maruvo gv himself 2 big pieces.i complained to sabelo and maruvo exchanged the meat wth his own.imagine paying fr a shriveled piece bt an employee in frnt of me gvs himself big pieces. a asked fr a refund again bt ws told thy hd cashed up.fortunately fr me someone came in and thy gv thm my order and i eventualy gt my money.in the background i culd hear someone saying thy mst take a gud luk at me!!makes me wonder why?i felt threatened by tht and i wl nvr fo back thr again as i dnt knw wht thy wl do to me.
