Unsatisfactory service

<p>Upon arrival at the KFC in Lambton Germiston we waited for 10mins for assistance by a lady named Nokuthula, she proceeded to scream a colleagues names while making us wait to place our order. Nokuthula then tried to argue as to why she made us wait in the drive-thru for that 10mins with no apology.</p>
