Unsatisfactory service
<p>Upon arrival at the KFC in Lambton a Lady by the name of Nokuthula serving us from the drive-thru, made us wait for 10mins before attending to us with no apology. She then proceeded to try and argue with us as to why she made us wait at the drive-thru window before taking our order. </p>
