Unsatisfactory results from a franchise that I support everyday

I’m at the petroport KFC at the moment and the service is pathetic. The cashier thembile served me and I ordered the delux brekkie box but told her to please change the drumstick to thigh because I don’t eat it . She had an attitude and says she cant do that as it comes with the drumstick only but I don’t eat that. After ordering she tells me there’s no coffee I have to take a juice instead. Don’t have coffee at 8 in the morning and 5 of my family bought the same meal and was looking forward to a nice breakfast with a hot cup coffee. I will never recommend this KFC to anyone else.
