Unsatisfactory food

On 3 November, I visited the Springfield branch. I first went through the drive through, for 10 minutes the line did not move at all. So I chose to go into the restaurant to make my order. My food actually came quicker than the people in the drive through, this seems to be an often occurrence for this branch. The customers at the drive through have to wait longer that the people inside the restaurant, as ironic as that is. I ordered 2 of the nacho cheese crunch burgers. When I got home, I noticed that the burgers were not assembled properly and they were falling all over the box. The chips which is used in the burger is actually stale and there was barely any of the cheese sauce. There is always a delay a delay at this branch and the food is always put together in a rushed manner. Extremely unsatisfactory service
