Unsatisfactory customer service

I've recently purchased one of KFC's krushers and I'm not satisfied with the product, and I've contacted them to request a reimbur*****t, and I'm yet to receive it. I have received a call one and was unable to answer, so I then phoned them back, only to find out that my case had been closed after them trying to contact me once. The guy that I spoke to said that he would reactivate my case, and I've yet to hear back.
