Unsatisfactory and short meal

Good morning

My name is Lungile Ndlovu. I ordered 9pc chicken at 21:57 at KFC stadium Plaza. Upon arrival at home I found 8pc chicken short 1pc. I am not happy also about the pieces of chicken I received. 3 wings, 2side breast, 1 thigh, 1drum, 1 center breast. This is very unsatisfactory to buy a bucket of chicken only to be given those kind of pieces worse they are short. I emailed customer care they have yet to call me. For a person supporting your business I am not happy at all. They told me to wait 30min for my order bcos they will be preparing fresh meat for me as chicken was finished I didn't have a problem with waiting, but to wait and be given those pieces and short meat is really disrespectful to say the least
