Unsatisfactory and disgusting service from kfc

It's 9pm on any given night when I arrive at KFC shell garage century city they never seem to have chicken. Nandipa whom was the manager at the time was called to explain why they never have any chicken available. Upon her arrival to the front the order taker told her that I am there to complain and she never even acknowledged me and walked right off thw floor and went on with what she was busy with. Which means my complaint means absolutely nothing to her. So why have people working in positions that can't even approach a client with more respect than she had shown on the 13th October 2022 at 21:10. The service, not only at KFC but 80% of the service industry is absolutely appalling.
