Unsatisfactory

On the 9th of July 2021 at 17:19 I had gone to the drive thru at KFC in soneike. Placed an order for a twister however I was told that there was only the zinger flavor and the classic is out of stock. Based on the design of the drive thru I can't leave and go to another KFC so I need to stay in the queue and get nothing or just place an order regardless of what is out of stock. I then continued to placed my order which along with the twister is 2 box master meals to which I was then told only the zinger flavor is in stock. Even more annoyed I just accepted it as I would need to stay in the drive thru queue anyway just to get out. After making payment I reviewed the slip and it stated that it was not in fact the box master meals when I received the food I queried it with sipho that gave me my food and she then stated that "no it's not the meal" I then told her that I ordered the box master meal from asanda.She then by the way mentions that the toaster is not working and continued not to pay any further attention to me nor did she call a supervisor or manager or even try to solve the issue I was having. Even more annoyed than I already was I drove off as clearly they did not give a damn. Not even apologetic about the lack of stock nor about that they got my order incorrect. When making payment the order was not verified like Mc Donald's do. Extremely unhappy with my food... extremely unhappy with the service! Never again!
