Unsafe environment and no security when using drive through at KFC rondebosch east

It is definitely not a pleasant experience. Firstly the vagrants at the drive through who harass you when you drive through to pay and collect. Then the risk of having to wait for your order because it is not ready. More vagrants and very unsafe. Tonight of all nights it was worse. Being harrassed and oggled by unsafe looking characters. You really need to up your security and ensure that there is no waiting period. If there is a waiting period, your staff should be faster in delivering your order given the environment. Friendlier and helpful staff will go a long way too
