Unresponsive Service KFC

The service received from KFC is absolutely disatisfactory. I have been waiting 1 and a half months for a refund cancelled by KFC Delivery. The customer care is only able to escalate to Finance and nothing else finance does not respond and managers are unavailable to assist. This type of service is unacceptable. We support the business but receive non back.
