Unprofessionalism
The service in this KFC is horrible, not sure if the owner cares at all. Since it opened a couple of years ago nothing has improved. I have just bought a meal 15 minutes ago. Drove away and when I open my meal there is no salt , spice and tomato souce. This has happened to me so many times that's why I've decided to write this complaint. It's either there is no cutlery in the page or syvettes or salt.....really!!!!!! This is just plain unprofessionalism and employees that don't pay attention to details or take the job seriously. As for the owner it's clear he/she has not invested in staff training.
