Unprofessional Staff/ Poor service (KFC Rustenburg: Waterfall mall)

Two weeks ago I was at KFC in Rustenburg to buy lunch through the drive through. After waiting to place my order; I had to wait another 20 minutes to get my order. The cars behind me started panicking and there is no way out as 2 cars infront of me were also waiting for their orders by the collection window.

Then again today, 22 Oct 2018, I got to experience that the service there is still bad. The people there do not care if you do not understand their language which is Tswana. I spoke English with the lady but she continued with her language even though I kept showing her that I do not understand what she is saying. And its not the 1st time that I am being helped in Tswana not English. The manager in charge needs to talk to his/ her team because that is not the way to speak to the Customers. People should not assume that just because we in Rustenburg everyone knows their language. Its very unprofessional
