Unprofessional staff at KFC King Williams Town

It's very unprofessional for a business to have operating hours whereas they do not follow them. I just came back from KFC in King Williams Town, the one opposite The Mall and they were closed. I got there with my family to buy a meal and the lady there was already standing by the tables and the other one was mopping the floor and they did not even pay attention to the customers that were standing at the door. Their doors were locked at 19h35 when we got there and their closing time is suppose to be 20h00.

The lady just kept looking at us and when we knocked at the door she finally came and said they are closed. The old lady I was standing with asked them if they closed and she just said yes we closed and did not even explain why they closed before time. When I told her it's not even 20h00, she changed her tone of voice and said "we closed".

Now this was such an inconvenience to us as we wanted a meal there. And the staff was very rude and unprofessional.
