Unprofessional service - not follow up on complaint

<p>On 6th March i posted a complaint about the poor service received at the Vaal Mall branch. I was sent a reply someone will be in contact with me shortly.. HA HA.. that was 3 days ago and i am still waiting. Clearly there is not interest in resolving this matter. Disgusting!</p>
