Unprofessional Service

I went to KFC Redruth Village on the 1st August 2024, I was not happy with the service I received and even complained on the app to headoffice till today I have not got any feedback so it means my complaint is not valid, the lady assisting me was so unprofessional even to the point that when I asked for a cloth to clean the table we were going to sit at, she gave me a wet and smelly cloth.
