Unprofessional service

We were at the drive-through when we received REALLY unprofessional service. First of all we were not greeted, 2 women were working there, one chewing gum with her mouth open, the other yelling at someone at the back while looking at us. We ordered a salad and tower burger and minute **** cool drink, which was out of stock may I add! There was 1 car in front of us. When we stopped to collect our food, the person also did not greet, left, and was busy at the fryers for a while, and upon return started packing other take aways. We waited for more than 5 minutes for our order. No \have a nice day"or anything. We love eating KFC but really do not want to be treated this way! Very unprofessional and will think twice about buying there next time!! """
