Unprofessional rude staff at KFC Newmarket

I ordered a streetwise one at the drive thru window and I always order a steerwise 1 at various stores and you get a beast piece of chicken,I drove home only to find a small drumstick piece which I don't eat,I called and spoke to the manager she took down my address and details 5 mins later she called again asking me to give directions to the driver which I did but he did not comprehend the manager came back on the line and was laughing and but the call,she called again and I explained to her again how to get to my house and told her I gave my address several times and I asked if the driver is stupid,the manager then stated that I am stupid and I was really upset,she further asked me why I didn't ask for a breast piece,this is really very poor and unprofessional service and I didn't even eat this meal,will never support KFC again.
