Unprofessional No Service from KFC

I have experienced no service the past 2 mornings at KFC Voortrekker Rd Bellville and KFC Old Paarl Rd Brackenfell and the staff are so unprofessional, unfriendly and fast asleep. Both KF C's are supposed to opperate 24/7. KFC Voortrekker Rd Bellville for the past 2 mornings did not have any coffee due to their machine being broken. There is not even a sign which indicates that the coffee machine are out of order. How can a machine been broken for days? KFC Old Paarl Rd Brackenfell did deliveries of their stock this morning and just ignored me and when i ask if they are open the lady rudly shouted "NO". How can you have a bord indicated your operating hours as 24/7 and then you deliver no service. Is this how KFC's service delivery works now? The staff will decide what their operating hours are? This is totally unacceptable to be treated in such manner. KFC should be asshamed to treat their customers in such a manner and to have such rude, sleepy, unprofessional and unfriendly staff in their employment and not to say that they are the face of KFC! Very dissapointing!
