Unprofessional KFC

While we were having Ice cream in the KFC in Courtney Street in George a beggar came in and almost forced my friends Ice cream out of his hand, i know its not by force. So thereafter i went to the counter to speak to someone, and demanded a new Ice cream because the one that was given to the beggar was hardly eaten. So after standing at the counter for more than 5 minutes with no help whatsoever I eventually found the manager dressed in kitchen clothes almost accusing me for letting the beggar take my friend's ice cream. There was absolutely no professionalism in any sort of communication with myself. It almost felt like they thought I was deliberately doing this to get another ice cream, only until one witness came forward as a witness. They have given me a replacement ice cream but it was such an awkward experience and such an unbelievable UNPROFESSIONAL experience that I would NEVER be able to take my friend there again. Where was the guard at that point? and why are there no manager on duty that can talk like a normal professional person to myself They can look at the CCTV footage
