Unprofessional & disgusting conduct at KFC, Orkney - North West

Evening. I just came out of KFC - Orkney, North West. I am disgusted by the attitude I received from the cashier named Lebogang a & the Manager, Becky. I ordered my meal over the self service help. Whilst still waiting I was told by the cashier that they are taking time because the fillet for my sweet chilli twister is being prepared. Now I asked that I get my other meal, a streetwise 4 piece, so that I can eat in store in the meanwhile, whilst awaiting my twister. She asked for my till slip, which she scratched the item. She never said anything to me about scratching, she just went ahead and scratched it with the koki pen. Thus rendering the slip useless. I asked her why, because I need it for official claims. She just started becoming unprofessional and I called her manager, Becky. She came and I asked for a re-print and made excuses and was unable to give me a reprint. I asked for the owner, she told me that she is not available. She took my name, number & ID no, and said she will call the Head Office to return to me. I waited for more than 30 minutes, no call. I went back to her & she changed her story that she gave my contact details to Head Office and will call. I had to leave and couldn't wait for the call as we are travelling to Welkom & its becoming late. I left without having had the re-print and I don't know what will I be using for my claim.

But generally I am not happy with how these 2 treated me, with unprofessional conduct and their inability to have the re-print. I need to have the re-print, but on top of that, such a conduct is disgusting and with such an attitude, I am intending to have this also brought to Hello Peter, and write a review. You can check their camera as well to investigate their behaviour and unprofessional conduct. I am so upset 😡 right now as the cashier gave me a run around.
