Unprofessional Behaviour

I visited the KFC branch in Cape Town International Airport today. The branch was reasonably busy and only had one cashier working at the time while customers stood in a queue. What really ****ed me off was that while the one cashier was trying to take orders, the rest of the staff were standing around arguing very loudly in front of the customers. I wouldn't expect this type of behavior at this SPECIFIC BRANCH where they get locals as well as foreigners. As a local I was extremely embarrassed just to be witnessing this. I cant imagine what foreigners would be thinking just arriving into our country. PLEASE HIRE MORE PROFESSIONAL AND WELL MANNERED STAFF (even if its just the ones that interact with customers).
