Unprofessional and bad service!

Worst customer service at KFC Vanderbijlpark (riverside).

When ordering I asked for mash with basically no gravy. Got almost just gracy with a small bit of mash. When I asked if they can please correct it. I got a bad attitude from the employee saying this is how it is, while being discussed by herself and other employees in Sotho. Not only is this unacceptable but very unprofessional. And still my order was wrong!
