Unprofessional Agent

I'm very disappointed with kfc call center agent who don't know how to do their job. i ordered on Tuesday after 4 hours without getting my delivery I cancelled and requested for a refund but instead of kfc refunding my full amount of R161.80 they refunded me R16.18c, i was promised a supervisor call still nothing. At the beginning of November i also ordered the was a lot of things missing i was promised a vouch I'm still waiting, very disappointed !!
