Unprepared and kept waiting

So there I was standing 5 minutes waiting to order with no one there to help me because the KFC at Angelo Mall is extremely short staffed at probably one of the busiest times (supper) of the day on a Saturday further more I could not order what I really wanted because nothing was prepared at probably one of the most busiest times of the day, I find it highly unacceptable that a fast food restaurant can not keep up with the pace for fast food, there was a lady there who waited more than an hour for her meal to be given to her. Also the service at this branch has declined considerably with things like food not prepared correctly and customers receiving wrong orders
