Unprecedented Conduct

I ordered family treat meal.10pcs I asked them to please mix the portion and when I got the order and started to check it the lady asked me if I don't trust them and also said to me " Or do you also want me to bring something that you can count the pieces also" I found the statement very rude and unprofessional there was an urgent between us and she just left my order and went away saying she don't have time for nonsense

Their manager came to hear what was happening and they just blocked her before she could get to me, The lady was also busy to tell customers that they must come check their orders as she does not scream orders yet she was busy creaming her colleagues before customers food, my order number 199 date 31/10/2020

Please address this issue as there were other customers before me also where having a bad experience at the same KFC
