Unpleasant Service

Good day

I am soooo disappointed in KFC cradlestone ruimsig. On the 07 of June i ordered a colonels collection via Mr D. I then received my order short of 2 large fries as advertised. I called the store and was told i need to come in the store which i refused because i paid for delivery. The supervisor Mikateko said she will do her best to get my fries to me. Mind u im heavily pregnant hence i used MrD cuz i cant drive there. The day ended and i didnt get my fries. On the 08 June i called to find out when ill get my food and she said her superiors will be out of a meeting at 11:30am and will Advice. Still no call until 16:48pm when i called again and still no solution.

I just want my order plz because i paid for it and it aint my fault my order was messed up! And im not willing to go to the store!!!
