Unpaid cancelled order

I ordered on the KFC website from KCF Platterklooffe Village, I paid successfully, minutes later they sent me an email that says my order is cancelled and money will be paid into my account within 72 hours when I phone to make arrangements for collection they didn’t pick the phone till today they haven’t paid my money in my account from them. I tried communicating with them on the website with no response.
