Unnecessary waist of time

Ive just spent the past 20 minutes in line at the kfc in bizana waiting to buy crushes only to find out when i get to the till the machine doesn't work.Those big displays you have in shops should also be used to inform us as customers what you dont have and when machines are out of order. It will save us the time.
