Unnecessary delays

I placed an order and I waited for over 20 minutes, people who ordered after me received their orders first. And only to be told to wait 8 minutes further. We had to drive to Mc Donald’s as a result of this unprofessional behavior. This information was supposed to be given to us before we paid for the order. Oh we were offered ice cream, I mean how do you offer me ice cream while my kids are starving at home waiting for KFC. This happened in Savannah Mall KFC
